FREE SHIPPING for all orders. - How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?
It takes us 4-6 days for processing your orders, then we will send you an email with Tracking Number. Please allows us 7-10 days for shipping. On average, the standard shipping time is 12-15 once you completed your orders.
- Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive a Tracking Email once your order has been picked up by the shipping agent. If you haven’t received tracking info within 10 business days, the CS team always sends you an email via email to notify you and confirm with you in an urgent case!
- Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. We will always update your order status via email in some cases!
